Diamondview Estates, Carp: Phase 4
In September we released the fourth phase of our Diamondview Estates community.

This new release features 50’+ lots giving you ample distance from your neighbours and an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Pro tip – if you’re coming by to tour our model homes, make a stop at the Carp Custom Creamery or Alice’s Café. You won’t regret it.

The Junction, Barrhaven: Building 5
September also marked the grand launch of our fifth building at The Junction, located at Fallowfield and Cedarview in Barrhaven West. This vibrant community offers an exceptional lifestyle with easy access to dining, retail, nature trails, and the 416 highway.

Pathways Condos, Findlay Creek: Building 3
October brought the unveiling of our latest addition to the Pathways community. Perfect for both downsizers and first-time buyers, this development offers convenient access to the future LRT station, a short drive down Bank to the charming Glebe neighbourhood, premium schools, and abundant green spaces.

Phase 3 of Diamondview Estates in Carp has reached an exciting milestone, with numerous families receiving their keys this Summer and Fall. Construction is advancing quickly across multiple lots, our community continues to grow, bringing more homeowners to experience the distinctive charm of Carp living.
White Tail Ridge (SOLD OUT)
A significant milestone approaches at White Tail Ridge as we near completion of our final phase in Almonte. This community holds a special place in our hearts, and we’re excited to welcome the final group of homeowners in the coming year.
Junction
We experienced a significant milestone at The Junction in Barrhaven West this October as we welcomed our newest residents to Building 11. While these homeowners settle into their new condos, construction continues at an exciting pace on additional buildings, further shaping this thriving community.

2024 marked a year of remarkable progress at Pathways in Findlay Creek. As Condo Buildings 1 and 2 rise steadily, we’re eagerly anticipating welcoming our first condo residents in 2025. Meanwhile, we’ve shared in the excitement of handing over keys to numerous families as they moved into their new single-family homes in our second phase.
