One of the most heartwarming parts of 2025 was hosting our Customer Appreciation Days. These events were our way of saying thank you to the incredible homeowners who chose to build their lives with us. And wow, did you ever show up.

Across both events in Diamondview Estates in Carp and Pathways in Findlay Creek, we welcomed a huge turnout, and handed out hundreds of ice cream scoops. We shared plenty of good food, laughter, and community spirit. Families enjoyed free BBQ from Grill Master, treats from The Merry Dairy, plants from Carp Garden Centre, lawn games, balloon twisters, swag, and prize draws. 

One of the most talked about releases of 2025 was the launch of our 3 car garage homes in Diamondview Estates. A big trend this year was larger garages, more flexible storage, and extra room for hobbies, tools, and weekend projects, so bringing this collection to life was a huge win.

This lineup included three redesigned favourites:

The Melbourne 3C, The Strathmore 3C, and The Greenfield 3C. Set on spacious 50′ to 65′ lots, these homes gave buyers a chance to get more space without compromising style or location.

This year, we introduced a new semi custom home experience that let buyers play a real role in shaping their homes. Homeowners could start with one of our floorplans, request custom changes, and sit down directly with our architecture, construction, and design team to bring their ideas to life.

We’ve seen a surge of creative requests including custom office millwork, a swim spa, a 3 season covered porch, glass railings, solar panels, and pot fillers.

By limiting the number of semi custom builds we take on each year, we are able to give every project the care and attention it deserves. This new program quickly became one of the standout additions to 2025, giving homeowners more say, more personalization, and a deeper connection to the place they call home.
 

In 2026, we’re rolling out the red carpet for our semi-custom clients with the launch of our new Collaboration Studio. It will be a cozy, inspiring space where you and your family can meet with our team to explore design ideas and personalize your next home. 2025 was a big year for us on the community side of things. Beyond building homes, we love being part of the moments, events, and organizations that shape the places we work in every day. As we close out 2025, we’re feeling incredibly grateful for the families who chose to build with us, the communities that welcomed us, and the partners who helped make this year so memorable. Every milestone, from new neighbourhood launches to customer celebrations and community sponsorships, was shaped by the people behind it all.

2026 is already shaping up to be a year filled with fresh ideas, new communities, and even more ways to personalize the place you call home. With exciting projects on the horizon, the launch of our Semi Custom Collaboration Studio, and construction beginning across several new neighbourhoods, there’s plenty to look forward to.
