Phoenix Homes is proud to offer our purchasers the services of our professional Design Centre, where you can select from an extensive array of interior and exterior selections in our showroom. A full range of designs is available from our new home builders.
Our Design Centre staff will help you add the personal touch to your new home by offering a wide selection of the latest quality finishes and products. These include carpeting, ceramic tile and vinyl, hardwood flooring, kitchen cabinets and countertops, plumbing fixtures, and fireplace mantles from recognized and respected name brand manufacturers.
Visitors are welcome to visit the Design Centre, located at 18A Bentley Avenue, every Friday from 9am-1pm without an appointment. Our hostess will guide you through the different options available to our new home purchasers and help answer questions you may have. Our hostess can’t provide you with pricing information, but will happily put you in contact with someone who can.

Interior Designs
Phoenix Homes offers numerous interior design options. Business partnerships with granite and wood wholesalers mean an abundant supply of these materials are available for potential homeowners looking to integrate them into their décor. Chinese bamboo, Brazilian cherry, and other exotic woods are available. Quality granite can be adapted for any application, thanks to state-of-the-art CNC cutting machines at our warehouse and production facility.
We also offer top-of-the-line interior doors, sinks, and bathtubs to match any home design and carpeting that can hold up to high traffic over long periods of time. From closet sliders to granite countertops, our interior products are built and installed to high durability and quality standards.
Open, spacious floor plans are available and include open dining and family room areas. Choose properties with up to five bedrooms and amenities such as spacious linen closets, walk-in closets, and ensuite baths. Our 4-bedroom Fairmount includes a stunning staircase and two-story solarium, plus a second-floor catwalk. The Platina is an example of a property with a grand entrance, home office, and gourmet kitchen with a work island.

During a one-hour appointment, our design professionals can assist you with selecting exterior features, including colour or special packages that cover paint, siding, or stone/brick materials. We offer popular “Craftsman” style exterior treatments seen in our Fernbank Crossing houses for sale.
If you’re looking for a traditional home, you can find it at one of our developments. Chic new urban flats are available, too. Do you prefer a brick, stone, or panel exterior or a mix of materials?
