    We’re seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales and Customer Experience Coordinator to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, playing a crucial part in their journey from initial inquiry to becoming happy homeowners.

    This is a growth-oriented role focused on driving pipeline and nurturing leads to maximize sales opportunities. As our Sales and Customer Experience Coordinator, you’ll bridge the gap between interested prospects and our sales team, ensuring every lead receives exceptional service and attention. Your ability to build relationships, qualify opportunities, and create seamless handoffs will directly impact our success and revenue growth.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Pipeline Development & Lead Management

    • Drive pipeline growth through strategic inbound and outbound outreach initiatives
    • Manage inbound inquiries from multiple channels (phone, email, web forms, walk-ins)
    • Conduct proactive outbound outreach to warm leads and prospects
    • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the prospect database
    • Respond promptly and professionally to all prospect communications
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
    • Track and report on lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics

    Lead Nurturing & Qualification

    • Build rapport with potential buyers and understand their needs, timeline, and budget
    • Educate prospects about our communities, floor plans, and home features
    • Qualify leads based on established criteria (financing readiness, timeline, fit)
    • Keep leads engaged through regular follow-up and value-added communication
    • Re-engage cold or stalled leads to maximize conversion opportunities

    Client Experience

    • Provide outstanding customer service at every touchpoint
    • Answer questions about the home buying process, financing options, and community amenities
    • Schedule appointments and property tours for qualified leads
    • Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and excited about their home search

    Sales Team Coordination

    • Prepare comprehensive lead summaries for seamless handoffs to Sales Representative
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified clients and Sales Rep
    • Brief Sales Rep on prospect background, preferences, and qualification status
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize the customer journey

    Requirements

    • Experience in sales and customer service is preferred
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); comfortable using CRM systems for lead tracking and follow-up; able to manage online booking and     reservation tools; experience with basic data entry, digital record keeping, and      producing simple reports; familiarity with virtual tour platforms and social media          posting            is an asset.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Own vehicle necessary as this site is not serviced by public transit. Attendance at other sites may be occasionally required.
