How-to: Resetting a Circuit Breaker

This video will review the procedure for resetting a breaker on your breaker panel if a circuit has tripped. If a circuit happens to trip, the breaker will do the following. You’ll notice that the breaker position is actually not completely off. In order to reset the breaker, you will need to completely depress the breaker switch to the off position and then push it back forcefully into the on position. The circuit is now reset. If your breaker continues to trip, leave it in the off position. this is an indication that there is a fault within the circuit.
